It’s a drizzly Sunday Morning and I’m in the mood for tea and soup and a blanket! Thankfully cool weather is perfect for cooking. I don’t know about you but during the hot months I sustained on cucumbers dipped in sriracha and fresh salsa and chips! But now that I can stand the heat of the summer. I’m going to spend some time in there cooking! Here’s some recipes that use the bounty of the box and also are quick easy and delish!
